HOW TO TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking code to the email you have provided, with which you can monitor the delivery and check movements on the page of the parcel in charge (Estafeta). WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME FOR MY ORDER?
All deliveries are made Monday, Wednesday and Friday, during business hours (09:00 a.m. to 09:00 p.m.). It is essential that there is someone at the delivery address to receive the merchandise and sign the delivery receipt.
The parcel company makes a second visit to the indicated address in the event of not having been able to receive the package on the first delivery attempt.
WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME FOR MY ORDER?
Once we confirm your payment from 2 to 24 business hours in our system, the order is prepared to be dispatched and the delivery period begins. All of our types of shipping normally take 5-10 business days to reach their destination.
Note: There are some postal codes with a special delivery frequency that can extend the estimated delivery time. To check the frequency, contact our Customer Service Center with your Postal Code.

CAN I LEAVE AN AUTHORIZED THIRD PARTY TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Of course, a third person can receive the order as long as they are authorized and present official identification.
CAN I CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS?
The modification of the delivery address can be made before concluding the order in step 3 "Delivery", click on "Change address" and then Continue.
If you have already completed the order, the address cannot be changed.
IF THERE IS NO ONE TO RECEIVE THE ORDER, WHAT PROCEDES?
2 attempts will be made to deliver the order, on different days and times. In the event that the delivery continues unsuccessfully, the product can remain in an office of the parcel company in charge so that you can go to pick it up, otherwise it will return to our Distribution Center.
Important: If the package returns to our warehouse, a new shipping charge will be made
TYPES OF SHIPMENTS AVAILABLE
Kannan Gear has 2 shipping options for delivery that you can select at the time of purchase, depending on the amount. We make deliveries through Estafeta, the parcel is assigned by system at the end of your purchase and cannot be modified.
Regular Shipping: It consists of 5 - 10 business days from the confirmation of payment and dispatch of the order. It has a cost that varies depending on the amount of your purchase, unless there is a current promotion where free shipping applies from a certain amount.

I STILL DON'T RECEIVE MY ORDER, WHAT DO I DO?
The registration of incomplete or incorrect addresses in the order can be a reason for delay in delivery, as well as extended delivery frequency or areas of difficult access.
Remember that deliveries are made only on business days, if the selected delivery period (5 to 10 business days) has elapsed, it will be necessary to contact our Customer Service Center to validate that the delivery does not present any nonconformity.
Deliveries have a guarantee, in case of a confirmed loss or misplacement we replace the merchandise.
